1. What are your shipping options?

We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Express Shipping: Delivered within 2-3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: Delivered the next business day (available for select items).

Important Note: During the holiday season, shipping times may vary. For the quickest delivery, we recommend selecting Express Shipping.


2. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide, so no matter where you are, you can enjoy MissClaus fashion. International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes.


3. How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Simply click the link to track your order in real-time. You can also track your order by logging into your account and visiting the "Orders" section.


4. How do I return or exchange an item?

We hope you love what you ordered, but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns for most items. Here’s how:

  • Returns: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items for a full refund or store credit. Please ensure the items are unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • Exchanges: If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please contact us within 30 days, and we will assist you with the exchange process.

Holiday Return Policy: We’ve extended our return policy for the holiday season! Gifts purchased between November 15th and December 25th can be returned or exchanged up until January 15th.

5. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, so we may not be able to make changes once an order is placed. However, if you contact us within 30 minutes of your order, we’ll do our best to assist you. After that, you can return or exchange any items following our Return Policy.


6. Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed, we’ll be happy to update your address. Unfortunately, once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes to the address.


7. When will my order arrive?

We strive to get all orders delivered as quickly as possible! Most orders will ship within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary based on your shipping method and location. For the most accurate delivery date, please refer to the tracking information sent to you after your order has shipped.


8. What should I do if I received a damaged or incorrect item?

We’re so sorry if something went wrong with your order! Please contact us immediately, and we’ll make it right. We’ll provide a prepaid return label for damaged or incorrect items, and we’ll send you a replacement or issue a refund as quickly as possible.
